What is SOPA and PIPA?
SOPA (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stop_Online_Piracy_Act) and PIPA (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PROTECT_IP_Act) represent two anti-piracy bills in the United States House of Representatives and the United States Senate respectively.
